Kieran was busy buying rental properties which required substantial refurbishments. His next natural step was to progress to developments so he could start making larger chunks of cash rather than focus all his time on cash flow. He still likes to retain the larger properties if they are close to his investment area.
Kieran completed the Property Developers Blueprint event then joined Andy’s mentoring program. Kieran is a great student as he actively networks with property investors and raises money regularly to fund his developments.
Some of the other deals Kieran are doing are barn conversions. We have quite a few mentees working on barn conversions as their strategy because of a lack of new builds in the more rural areas they live in. Barn conversions are a great strategy as they are unique and tend to sell really well plus they fetch a premium £ sq ft sale price for greater profits.
