Andy Hubbard is a renowned and respected Property Developer and Mentor, sharing his 30+ years of construction experience and helping others achieve their dream of becoming a property developer. He has been featured in magazines, books, podcasts, television programs, regularly speaking at events plus picking up various awards for his achievements and quality work during his career.
Andy completed a 3 year bricklaying apprenticeship with Peterborough City Council. The job gave Andy the chance to learn multiple skills such as roofing. Plastering and tiling but after seeing the way the management hierarchy ran things, and that many people were doing the same thing for 50 years of their life he soon realised employment wasn’t for him.

After completing his apprenticeship, Andy decided to have his retirement before starting work as he knew he didn’t want to wait until he was 65-70 years off to travel the world because employment restricted people to a 2 week holiday at the most. 13 years later after climbing some of the worlds highest mountains, cycling in many different countries, ski seasons, working on campsites Andy decided to settle down as a family in the UK. The bricklaying work had allowed Andy to work in between travels but now it was full time at work.
With site work becoming ran by people who hadn’t worked in construction or as a trade before, the work started to become less enjoyable so he moved into domestic work. This soon became really busy because of the good reputation Andy was building in delivering jobs ahead of schedule, to a great budget and of high quality. A 80-100 hour work week was common, with 50+ hours on the tools then the rest made up of looking at jobs, fetching materials, organising trades, paying invoices, chasing customers for payment and putting other trades work right.

After falling asleep at the wheel and ending up in a field on more than one occasion driving home late from work, Andy was heading for burnout from working 100+ hours a week on the tools and realised something had to change before it was too late. So, he invested over 6 figures into his education, personal development and mentors, implemented what he learnt and transformed his life building a property portfolio and running multiple developments to become financially free, all while working on his terms.
But it wasn’t easy, it took hard work, many hours, set-backs and challenges to get there. Andy insists that persistence, determination, goals, support, clarity, doing whatever it takes and understanding your “Why” will guarantee success over time. Without the education and mentoring Andy believes he would have still been working ridiculous hours, not seeing his family and stuck on the treadmill of life. Andy insists “If you don’t change, nothing changes”.

A lot of people have watched Andy transition from busy tradesman to developer, free up his time, earn life changing sums of money, enjoy his hobbies, travel the world and spend more time with his family and regularly ask him to help them achieve the same. He does this with his online Property Developers Blueprint course or at his 3 day Property Developers Blueprint events.
You will often see Andy on site doing what he loves, creating much needed new homes, inspiring people to take up property development through his social media channels, growing his Developing Homes Facebook community, speaking at events, creating YouTube videos, training people at his 3 day live events, running his mentoring masterminds to hand hold them through their first deal, running life changing business retreats, all while travelling the world, spending time with his wife and twin boys and enjoying his hobbies which are mountaineering, golf, fishing, cycling, skiing and fitness.
He is also a big believer of giving back and has recently ran the toughest foot race on earth, the Marathon Des Sables, 250km self sufficient across the Sahara desert to raise money for MacMillan cancer research after his father-in-law underwent treatment for 3 types of cancer within 12 months.
