Tom and Kim bought an existing bungalow which came with boarding kennels. They refurbished the bungalow and sold that whilst retaining onto the kennels which they managed to secure planning permission to convert them into 3 new dwellings worth £2,500.000 with an amazing profit of £1,485,000.
They came on the completed the Property Developers Blueprint and decided that it was wise to invest in Andy’s mentoring program to guide them through the process and leverage Andy’s black book of contacts. This is their 2nd development after successfully building a new build house whilst living in a caravan for 2 years.
