Brett wanted to build his own developments without taking too much time away from his family and existing commercial paint spraying business. After completing the Property Developers Blueprint Brett secured a site for 2 houses.
He decided to use timber frame for the construction method and buy serviced plots. Brett managed to build 2 houses at once using just 1 hour a day. Both houses were completed within 9 months resulting in a £190,000+ profit. Brett like the houses so much he decided to keep one for himself and his family to live in.
