All four guys have met through Andy’s Mentoring and Property Developers Blueprint training to form a great partnership to work on multiple developments. Their first is 3 barn conversions into new dwellings. This deal is funded 100% from private investors and development finance.
Tom who was a policeman at the time of Andy’s training event decided to quit his employment just 2 weeks after having breakfast with Andy one morning. He was doing landscaping at the weekends and Andy gave Tom the confidence that he could generate more work and income doing that than the police and it would free up time to work on finding developments. Toms site is also featured as a case study in the Property Developers Blueprint Book where he discusses the numbers, how he funded the deal 100%.
Liam, a bricklayer, was on Andy’s Business Planning Retreat in Cyprus where he spent time with Matt an accountant who also attended the retreat. Spending a week with a group of like-minded people often results in joint ventures and doing business together. Although the profits will be lower when divided up between 4 people, it does mean they are all doing less work and can work on multiple or larger developments plus they all have complimentary skillsets.
