Alfie was a bricklayer and busy builder who’s managed to get on his first site in less than 9 months from completing the Property Developers Blueprint. Alfie wanted to get educated in property development rather than take on the risks without the right education. After the 3 day property training event, Alfie wanted to be handheld through his first deal and have Andy to support him whenever any challenges appeared, or he wanted sense checking before making a decision. He is being Mentored by Andy to fast track his progress and ensure he doesn’t make any mistakes. He’s also looking to attend the next Business Planning Retreat. Alfie is busy building 2 detached houses in a sought after area and already in talks with 2 different neighbours about joint venturing or buying their land.

Alfie managed to raise all the finance from private investors and used Andy’s broker to bring in the 100% finance for the build and professional fees, and Andy’s solicitor to manage the legal process. Alfie is hands on his site working on the tools but also managing the materials and other trades required.
