Nigel now has several developments under his belt and built 14 houses in total. The aim was to build nice high quality houses in Norfolk using some of the traditional materials such as flint, stone and oak frame. This site had 3 options. 1 – Demolish and rebuild, 2 – Extend under permitted development, 3 – Refurbish.

All came with a great profit margin, especially the new build which is what Nigel gained planning for. Nigel has completed the Property Developers Blueprint twice now, and with his daughter as he brings her into the development business. Nigel is now living the property developers dream, spending many weeks a year sailing in Greece, and driving around in his Ferrari when checking in on his sites in the UK.
