Lloyd and Jack both completed the Property Developers Blueprint and both joined Andy’s Mentoring Program where they decided after speaking with each other for a few months to joint venture as Lloyd has project management skills whereas Jack is a bricklayer and comes with the constructions skills.

Andy gave them details of investors to present their deal of 4 new builds too and they were given 100% of the money within a 20 minute pitch. Although they were a little nervous the guys presentation and clarity that they had everything covered meant they were investable.

Andy has worked with them to understand and allow for the land contamination remediation works so they don’t have hidden issues later on. They have also chosen to build in timber frame after seeing the speed Andy builds his sites out.  This construction method can reduce the build time and save interest on finance to then pay investors back sooner.
