We used timber frame as a construction method which allowed us to complete the whole development within just 8 months. All houses old very quickly due to the open field views, large parking areas, open plan living and high quality build.

The site was 5 rear gardens bought on an option agreement through a direct to vendor campaign. We took the site through to full planning for 3 very large executive detached bungalows in a quiet location. The site has been cleared and is due to commence later in 2022

We purchased the site with an existing bungalow in place, obtained full planning to build a large 5 bed executive detached house with stunning south facing open field views. The house will be built traditional brick and block. Work has commenced and should be complete by the end of 2022.
