The site was a back garden to an existing bungalow measuring 1 acre that we obtained full planning for 5 large executive detached houses.  We used timber frame as a construction method which allowed us to complete the whole development within just 8 months.  All houses old very quickly due to the open field views, large parking areas, open plan living and high quality build.

The site was 5 rear gardens bought on an option agreement through a direct to vendor campaign.  We took the site through to full planning for 3 very large executive detached bungalows in a quiet location.  The site has been cleared and is due to commence later in 2022

We purchased the site with an existing bungalow in place, obtained full planning to build a large 5 bed executive detached house with stunning south facing open field views. The house will be built traditional brick and block. Work has commenced and should be complete by the end of 2022.

We purchased the site under auction conditions, demolished the existing bungalow and obtained planning for a large 4 bed detached executive house. The bungalow was 80m2 and we built a 160m2 house with a large attached garage. The house sold quickly due to being in a quiet location, open plan living and high-quality workmanship.

This was a garden plot we bought with planning permission. We took this through to full planning for a large detached 3 bedroom bungalow with detached garage. The bungalow sold really quickly due to the large parking, south facing field views, open plan living and exceptional quality.

This was a garden plot that we bought through an estate agent that had planning for a 2 bed bungalow. We obtained full planning for a 3 bed detached bungalow and this sold very quickly due to the location, south facing private gardens and plenty of parking.
