Frank is a bricklayer by trade, he had enough of trading his time for money for customers
and wanted a better life for himself and his family. He attended the 3 day Property
Developers Blueprint event with his partner Laraine 18 months ago. They’ve just completed
the sale of a bungalow that they built in a garden plot they got for free from a property they
bought.
They are just about to complete another build from a garden plot which they acquired for
free again by buying a property. This will be their 3 rd development which has resulted in
£500,000+ of profits
They have just put a deposit on a building plot in Lanzarote where they will be building their
dream home in the sun to follow their passion of mountain biking.

Ash had just completed a refurb when he attended the 3 day Property Developers Blueprint
event 18 months ago. He secured a site from Rightmove fairly quickly after the event where
he is building 3 new detached houses and refurbishing an existing bungalow
The work is well under way with the houses almost ready for plastering with completion by
the end of the year.
Ash is a school teacher (Who has now quit to run his own developments full time) and
managed to fund this site within 2 weeks of completion using other people’s money, this
just shows that you can do developments even if you don’t have any money or experience.
Ash is set to make over £500,000 on his first development using none of his own money.

Andy is an architect who spent his days designing house plans for other developers. He attended the 3 day Property Developers Blueprint to start developing for himself. Andy’s strategy was to concentrate on joint venturing with land owners so that he didn’t have to put up the funds to purchase the land, just bring in the finance to build and project
manage. It took over a year but eventually a deal was secured with the land owner and will make Andy a really great profit. Some of the benefits of working with land owners means you don’t have to purchase the land, but when the developments are sold, the land owner will have funds that they may want to lend to you on your next development and become one of your private investors.

Connor and his partner Oliver attended the 3 day Property developers Blueprint event in
March 2022 and secured his first deal within 2 months.
The deal is to build 4 bungalows and refurbish 2 houses. The land has come from a direct to
vendor letter which is taught on the 3 day Property developers Blueprint event.
The guys are partnering with a building contractor that they know who will also put in all the
money meaning a no money in deal from them.
The development should take 12 months maximum and will return an £800,000+ profit.
Another fine example of no new build experience and no money going into a deal that will
deliver life changing profits.
They have also just secured another deal within 3 months of the 3 day Property Developers
Blueprint and entering legal’s.

They are looking to stop working 70-80 hour work weeks for customers to leverage other trades with property developments.

They are big fans of timber frame after attending a factory tour organised by Developing Homes and their supplier.
They have a deal accepted directly with the land owner for a barn conversion and 3 large executive new builds in a desirable area. They are hoping to get on site later this year where the homes will be built to an exceptionally high standard.

Steve and Kay purchased the online Property Developers Blueprint and the Project Management Masterclass the end of 2021 as they liked the self-paced learning and the ability to watch the videos over and over again.
The project is set to make a profit of £273,000+ and will take a maximum of 12 months. Steve will be project managing the site himself.

John bought a property with a large garden which planning was submitted. The project will be a great learning curve before moving on to larger developments. The house will be refurbished and a small profit gained whilst retaining the land that he gets for free once the plot is split.
John will be building a 5 bed house on the garden plot that will make him a £300,000 - £400,000 profit in less than 12 months.

He decided to use timber frame for the construction method and buy serviced plots. Brett managed to build 2 houses at once using just 1 hour a day.
Both houses were completed within 9 months resulting in a £190,000+ profit. Brett like the houses so much he decided to keep one for himself and his family to live in.

Marc was a bricklayer working many hours for customers, he specialised in resin driveways but wanted to run his own developments.
Marc’s first project was a barn conversion but by the time he had demolished what wasn’t useable there was almost nothing left. Marc did an amazing job with the stonework reusing the old stone which resulted in a really high specification barn once completed.
He managed to generate a £400,000+ profit in less than 12 months build time from just one project in his home town of Huddersfield.

attending the 3 Day Property Developers Blueprint event. The deal was originally for a single bungalow that will make them over £100,000+ profit, but
they have now secure a neighbours plot by going direct to vendor. This will allow them to build another bungalow and another £100,000+ profit. There were some challenges with legal’s so they used our solicitor from our power team
which helped them get the deal over the line. The build should take around 6-7 months to complete. They both used to work at Tesco’s and quit their jobs to concentrate on developments to
give them a work / life balance to travel and spend time with their kids.
