Adam a bricklayer/ groundworker and Matt a carpenter completed the Property Developers Blueprint in November 2021 and secured a deal within a month of the training.
The development of a bungalow to refurbish and 6 new builds is looking to return them a £1.7m profit for a 12 month build. They are looking to stop working 70-80 hour work weeks for customers to leverage other trades with property developments. They have other developments in the pipeline and working with private investors to assist with funding.
