Two busy electricians have successfully transitioned into property development, setting their sights on multi-unit sites to maximise returns and build long-term wealth. Recognising the potential for greater profits beyond their trade, they completed Property Developers Blueprint training, where they gained the essential knowledge and tools to navigate the development process with confidence.
Under the guidance and ongoing Mentorship of experienced developer Andy, they are now focused on sourcing and delivering larger, high-yield projects—proving that with the right support and strategy, it’s possible to scale from the tools to full-scale developments.
