Andy is an architect who spent his days designing house plans for other developers. He completed the Property Developers Blueprint to start developing for himself. Andy’s strategy was to concentrate on joint venturing with land owners so that he didn’t have to put up the funds to purchase the land, just bring in the finance to build and project manage.
It took over a year but eventually a deal was secured with the land owner and will make Andy a really great profit. Some of the benefits of working with land owners means you don’t have to purchase the land, but when the developments are sold, the land owner will have funds that they may want to lend to you on your next development and become one of your private investors.
