Connor and Oliver were property investors focussing on HMO’s and saw the next step doing developments to create large chunky profits alongside their cash flowing property business.

They completed the Property Developers Blueprint then proceeded with a years mentoring with Andy where they secured 2 deals relatively quickly. These deals were garden plots secured with options and they worked with private investors to fund the developments. Their strategy was to use main contractors whilst they focussed on finding deals direct to vendor and negotiating the deals.
