John Briner secured his deal after completing the Property Developers Blueprint event in July 2021. John bought a property with a large garden which planning was submitted.
The project will be a great learning curve before moving on to larger developments. The house will be refurbished and a small profit gained whilst retaining the land that he gets for free once the plot is split.
John will be building a 5 bed house on the garden plot that will make him a £300,000 – £400,000 profit in less than 12 months.
