Kurtis and Jack run a well-established carpentry site supply service and had always dreamed of launching their own property developments. Looking to take that next step, they attended Andy’s Business Planning Retreat in Tenerife, where they gained the clarity, strategy, and confidence needed to move forward.
Shortly after, they secured their first development deal – four units, all constructed using timber frame, playing to their strengths and experience in carpentry. It’s a brilliant start to their journey as developers, combining their existing skills with smart planning and expert guidance.
