Marc was a bricklayer working many hours for customers, he specialised in resin driveways but wanted to run his own developments. After completing the Property Developers Blueprint, Marc’s first project was a barn conversion but by the time he had demolished what wasn’t useable there was almost nothing left.
Marc did an amazing job with the stonework reusing the old stone which resulted in a really high specification barn once completed.
He managed to generate a £400,000+ profit in less than 12 months build time from just one project in his home town of Huddersfield.
